Refund policy

At O'Men, every piece is made on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at omenalchemyca@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before placing your order. As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing errors on the customer's part.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
